Vinyasa 101



Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for weeks, months or years, there is plenty of practical information in this workshop to fine-tune your ‘vinyasa’. Chelsea will break down each pose that makes up the ‘vinyasa’/’flow’: downward dog, high plank, chaturanga and upward dog. Discover the alignment that is safe and works best for you to build the foundations for a sound and sustainable practice. We’ll also take a look at common mistakes and transitions in flow classes to deepen your knowledge and increase your confidence on the mat. (Room will be unheated)
