… and for those with generally stiff and tight legs and back! You or someone you know may fall into one of these categories and can really benefit from this 90 minute class with Thy on Saturday, September 9th. Perfect leading up to the Sydney Running Festival.

An all-levels yoga class designed to help runners develop greater flexibility and ease of range. The well-rounded sequence includes key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for runners. Many of the poses covered are great for a post-run cool down or simply a thorough stretch; useful for cross-training, injury prevention, or simply to unwind after a busy day.

Regular class passes can be used or usual drop-in rate of $22. Suitable for all levels.
