The Modo Yoga series comprises of 40 or so postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (37C – like your body temperature). Modo Yoga classes are cardiovascular and the sequences strengthen and tone the muscles. The heat allows for safe, deep stretching and helps detoxify the skin, blood and tissues. Pop down to our studio near Alexandria, Waterloo and Newtown and feel the benefits for yourself! All levels always welcome!
