5 Week Wake Up

5 Week Wake Up!

5 week wake up

From October 15 – November 18, join us for a new kind of challenge.
Yoga is connection; and practicing yoga holistically is about integrating yoga into all facets of your life.
When you live your yoga, you cultivate an open heart, mind and inspired spirit; and can live more authentically and with joy!

Each week, we’ll have a look at the following aspects that can affect the quality of our lives…
Week 1: Movement (Oct 15-21)

Week 2: Mind (Oct 22-28)

Week 3: Food (Oct 29-Nov 4)

Week 4: Rest (Nov 5-11)

Week 5: Connection (Nov 12-18)

What do you have to do?

Every week, we will suggest you practice some yoga classes and complete specific tasks that help to cultivate the theme of focus. The list below notes what the classes and tasks are so that you can actively plan out your 5 weeks. Planning is the foundation of success for the 5 Week Wake Up (5WWU) and allows you to recognise that your conscious choices can and do influence what you want to bring more of into your life and by the same vein, what you choose to let go of.

We will have a super cool sticker card to track your practice over the course of the weeks and have fun prizes you can win as well (like food prizes from our fave Rosebery cafes, Modo gear & items from our retail store, and more!!!). Those who fully complete the challenge will receive a sweet loot bag with fun things hand-picked (and some handmade!) by Thy. And finishers will also be entered into a draw to win a 3 months of FREE YOGA!
