Downward dog, plank pose, chaturanga, cobras and upward dog poses will all be broken down in this workshop! Learn some modifications and variations of each, to support the seasons of your practice and help keep your practice sustainable and injury-free.
We’ll also take a closer look and break down some common transitions in Flow classes to boost your confidence as you refine your movements, helping you to flow fluidly and with ease.
