FOOD DEMO & DISCUSSION
As part of week 3 of the 5 Week Wake Up (5WWU), focusing on food, Thy is leading a free food demonstration and discussion on Sunday, October 29!
This fun food session is open and free to all, not just participants of the 5WWU. Thy will whip up a few easy and healthy snacks (you can probably take some home!), live in-studio and will discuss and field questions on how to eat right for you. She will also offer tips on how to meal prep for the week, to help you save loads of money and time!
Learn about the different types of diets out there at the moment, including: Paleo, Ketogenic, intermittent fasting and the 5-2 diet; are they legit or should you steer clear? Come find out!
