aka Thy’s Yoga Day of Fun!
Friends! (Re) Treat yourself to an urban yoga getaway on this one day retreat with Thy! This yoga-filled day is complete with a few different asana practices, breath work and meditation, and interesting and inspiring talks about how to live your best life and cultivate more happiness!
… Or maybe you have considered doing a Yoga Teacher Training? Or wonder what happens on the average day during a Yoga Teacher Training? This would be an excellent way to find out! This day is a reflection of a pretty standard day in a usual yoga teacher training, but the best part is that Thy has specifically picked out her favourite things to share and take you through. 👍
*Thy has completed over 10 yoga teacher trainings, of which 3 were 200+ hours and the others were 3-10 day immersions of a certain style of method of yoga and has successfully led 7 yoga retreats.*
Food is included on the day too! So just bring yourself, your yoga gear (maybe 1 change of clothes) and a note book. The day will be had at Modo Yoga Sydney and a maybe little excursion to Turruwul Park.
You will leave the day feeling great in your body, full in your heart and super inspired! (And maybe itching to sign up to a full Yoga TT!) To those who participated in ‘Ultimate Yogi Day’ with Thy in October, this is another great day with some new and different content that you’ll definitely enjoy as much as the first time ’round! 😀
Sunday, February 4
7 – 9:30 am – Welcoming circle, followed by yoga practice with meditation & pranayama
9:30 – 11 am – Mindful breakfast (provided by Thy & allergen free) and Dharma talks on how to live your best life and cultivating happiness.
11am – 12:30 pm – Meditation & Pranayama Workshop
12:30 – 1:30 pm – Light lunch provided by Mentmore & Morley (vegetarian/vegan)
1:45 – 3:15 pm – Yoga practice & Yoga Nidra
3:30 – 4:45 pm – Yin & Restorative Class/Workshop
4:45 – 5:30 pm – Closing Circle
