Need a break? … that’s also totally accessible with both location and pricing? We’re here to help, with your resident happy, inspired Yogi – Thy on Sunday, June 3. This yoga-filled day is complete with a few different asana practices, breath work and meditation to restore you on the inside and out. Thy will also take you through interesting and fun activities and practices to keep to stoke your creativity and keep you inspired as nights get darker, and days cooler.
Thy has led & co-led 7 yoga retreats and this day is a reflection of all the best parts of a yoga retreat in one awesome day and focused around replenishing yourself in all ways.
Food is included, so just bring yourself, your yoga gear (maybe 1 change of clothes) and a note book. The day will be had at Modo Yoga Sydney and a little excursion to Turruwul Park and lunch at Mentmore & Morley.
You will leave the day feeling great in your body, full in your heart and super inspired to keep you warm all winter long.
Sunday, October 7
8:30 – 10:00 am – Welcoming circle, followed by yoga practice with meditation & pranayama
10 – 11 am – Mindful breakfast (provided by Thy & allergen free) with discussion & exercises to help cultivate a positive mindset and practices to stay energised, inspired and nourished during winter months.
11am – 12:30 pm – playful workshop to cultivate creativity and FUN!
12:30 – 1:30 pm – Light lunch provided by Mentmore & Morley (vegetarian/vegan)
1:45 – 3:15 pm – Yoga practice with meditation & pranayama
3:30 – 5 pm – Yin & Restorative Class/Workshop
5 – 5:30 pm – Closing Circle
